Group Supply Chain Manager

Highland Spring is seeking a Group Supply Chain Manager to lead their supply chain strategy, network optimization, and logistics management. The role requires strong leadership skills and experience in supply chain leadership within FMCG or manufacturing.

Requirements

• Significant experience in supply chain leadership within FMCG or manufacturing
• Expertise in supply network planning and optimization
• Strong experience in S&OP, forecasting, and supply planning
• Experience designing and negotiating logistics and 3PL contracts
• A track record of building strong customer supply chain partnerships
• Demonstrable experience in building high performing teams and culture
• The ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at senior level
