Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias)

Highland Spring Group are looking for a skilled and motivated Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer (mechanically biased) to join their Engineering team at their Ochils site, responsible for supporting mechanical systems, optimising performance, and driving improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and fault diagnosis
• Knowledge of maintenance strategies and reliability improvement
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
• Full UK driving licence or ability to commute in line with shift patterns
