Receptionist (Part Time)

Highland Spring Gorup is seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join their HR & Admin team. The role is based at their Ochils site in Blackford, Scotland. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for both external and internal customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally while complying with company procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly verbal communication
• Competent IT skills in Microsoft Office and good administration and organisational skills
• Ability to manage a varied workload and to be proactive in suggesting improvements
