Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the property, ensuring all systems and facilities are in excellent condition while maintaining high customer service standards.

Requirements

• Supervise at least one Maintenance Technician
• Complete and oversee service requests
• Manage the'make-ready' process for vacant units
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, and common areas
• Inspect contractor and vendor work
• Order supplies and create purchase orders
• Track and maintain inventory of parts and supplies
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and maintenance requests
• Support cost-saving initiatives
• Conduct routine property inspections and preventative maintenance
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal upkeep
• Provide updates on maintenance activities and budget adherence
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
