Director, Product Design

HighLevel is an AI-powered business operating system that gives agencies, entrepreneurs and SMBs the infrastructure to build, automate and scale. The company is looking for a Director of Design, Growth Products to lead and scale design across their most critical growth experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design, with 3+ years in a design leadership role
• Proven experience designing B2B2C and/or SaaS products, ideally with complex workflows
• Strong background in growth, onboarding, activation, or lifecycle design
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes (activation, retention, conversion, churn reduction)
• Experience leading and scaling high-performing design teams
• Strong product thinking and the ability to balance user needs with business goals
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with cross-functional partners
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
