Job Description
HighLevel is seeking a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of experience in the SaaS arena. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process and focused on the needs of the end user. Experience with AI-Design tooling is mandatory.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience in all phases of the design process
- A broad portfolio that demonstrates design chops across the phases mentioned above
- Proven visual design skills
- Well versed with Vibe-designing, familiarity with AI-tooling for design
- Experience as a contributor to multiple high impact projects
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
- Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
- Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
- Passion for design
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Dynamic, creative personality
- Ability to provide assistance to Junior designers, PMs and product engineers when needed
- Recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques
