Sr. Product Manager - Recommendations, Boosts & Ads Monetization

HighLevel is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for recommendation systems, Boosts (cross-promotion), and Ads monetization initiatives. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for these initiatives, driving revenue growth, creator expansion, and network effects.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Management
• Experience in one or more of: recommendations / personalization / ML-driven products, Ads platforms or ad networks, Marketplaces or cross-promotion/growth products, Creator platforms, email/newsletters, or content networks
• Strong analytical and technical fluency: comfortable working with Data/ML teams, can define robust metrics and experimentation plans, can reason about system design, APIs, and data flows at a high level
• Proven track record of moving key business metrics (revenue, ARPU, activation, retention, engagement)
• Demonstrated ability to lead without authority, influence cross-functional partners, and drive alignment across product, engineering, and GTM
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can create crisp narratives for both executive stakeholders and individual contributors
