The Inside Sales Representative role is responsible for providing terrific solutions to StickerYou’s business and consumer clients with a focus on promotional products. As an integral part of our growing team, you will assist in closing and processing inbound sales by recommending product solutions and ensuring our customers have a great brand experience from design to delivery.
Respond promptly to inbound leads and support requests via email, delivering outstanding customer service and excellent business email etiquette. Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.
