Buyer & Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Buyer & Procurement Specialist to join our team and drive excellence in our purchasing and supply operations. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing procurement, inventory management, and vendor relations to ensure seamless production.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics roles within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College or commercial school courses in business functions (Purchasing, Logistics, or Supply Chain) are preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in a Supply Chain or Purchasing role, with a demonstrated knowledge of procurement functions and order lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Odoo (Purchase and Inventory modules) is highly preferred.
• Must have a proven ability to work independently, make critical decisions under pressure, and maintain a high level of professional accountability.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and demand planning processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and process optimization.
