Job Description
The Counsel - Privacy role provides timely and accurate legal advice and prepares effective documents based upon knowledge of federal, state and other applicable privacy laws and the regulatory environment in which the Corporation functions. The incumbent serves as a trusted legal advisor and strategic partner to the enterprise on privacy, data protection, and information governance matters.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate degree
- 5 years of related, progressive law experience that is deeper in the area of relevant specialization
- License to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or applicable state (DE, WV or NY); or eligible for admission within one year of hire
- Certification as a privacy professional within one year of employment
