Job Description
The Director of Perioperative Services is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Operating Room, Recovery Room, Endoscopy Lab, Central Sterile Processing, Ambulatory Surgery, Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiology, and Preadmission Testing departments. This includes operational and capital budgeting, safety and quality initiatives, human capital development, and growth.
Requirements
- Master's degree (M.A.) OR equivalent; OR in Master's degree program with completion plan
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing
- Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
- Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
- Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
- CPR certification
