Job Description
The Manager of Case Management is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Case Management Department at Allegheny General Hospital. The incumbent will attract and hire talent, coordinate orientation and onboarding, and ensure team efficiency through scheduling and competency assessment. The role requires a Master's degree in Nursing, Social Work, or a related field, and 3 years of experience in a leadership role and in an acute healthcare setting.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing, Social Work, or other related field
- 3 years in leadership role
- 3 years in Acute Health care setting
- Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) OR Licensed Social Worker
- CPR – American Heart Association
- Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
- Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
- Certification in Case Management within 3 years of hire
