Requirements
- Completion of ACGME approved Neurology Residency, Movement Disorders Fellowship
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Neurology
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment
