Job Description
Completes patient scheduling, pre-registration, financial clearance, and other processes within Patient Access, creating a positive first impression of AHN's services. Assists patients and families with understanding their financial responsibilities and provides exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One previous year of related experience, preferably within a medical setting, financial services setting, and/or a demanding customer service environment
- Experience operating a PC and using software applications
