Job Description
The Patient Access Coordinator / Registration role is responsible for completing patient scheduling, pre-registration, and financial clearance processes, creating a positive patient experience, and adhering to AHN organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Conducts scheduling and preregistration functions
- Verifies insurance information and provides documentation
- Calculates patient financial responsibilities and collects liabilities
- Maintains focus on attaining productivity standards
