Job Description
The Allegheny General CTSICU is a 24-bed ICU unit that provides post-surgical care to cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and transplant patients. Nurses are trained to scrub and circulate on the floor and provide support to patients with mechanical circulatory devices. The unit is a Platinum Level ECMO Center of Excellence and holds the Comprehensive Cardiac Center Certification.
Requirements
- Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
- Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
- Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
- CPR certification
