Strategy Analyst

Support leadership of Highmark Health with strategy activities to achieve membership and margin goals. Provide analytical and strategic thinking support to project teams.

Requirements

• Work with business/market owners to identify key business issues and develop solutions
• Participate in/lead small to medium-sized strategy projects/work streams
• Serve as subject matter expert on membership, growth, and operational strategy issues
• Provide informal work guidance/direction to other team members and performance input to management
