Groundskeeper

Role Overview

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the physical appearance of the apartment community's grounds, pools, and buildings. This role is part of the Property Management - Maintenance category at Highmark Residential.

What You Will Do

Perform maintenance and cleaning of grounds/common areas, accompany vendors to apartments, distribute resident notices, and report any maintenance problems.
