Oracle Fusion Projects and Grants Functional Manager ( 1554 )

Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Projects and Grants Functional Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering subject matter expertise and functional leadership for the Project Portfolio Management and Grants modules, innovation and leading the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions for our clients to meet business and technical requirements.

Requirements

• At least 10+ years of Oracle experience
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions
• Experience with project cost allocation, cost collection, revenue recording and P&L calculations
• Demonstrable knowledge of Fund (Grant) Accounting concepts as they apply to Public Sector
• Extensive Project Manufacturing experience considered
• Experience as a resource in the implementation full lifecycle of at least 3 Oracle Cloud implementations and supporting with hands-on configurations
• Prefer experience in a lead role on at least two Oracle Cloud Grants implementation project
• Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and mentor
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis conference room pilots (CRP’s) functional configuration, testing, client user training
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Ability to lead multiple assignments and with support from Highstreet’s offshore functional and technical staff
