Job Description
We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our outpatient psychiatry practice in Austin, Texas. Our goal is to provide high-quality care and support to patients, and we value our clinicians' professional development and well-being. The ideal candidate will work closely with patients to provide individual psychotherapy sessions and develop personalized treatment plans.
Requirements
- Masters or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Current and full licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Bi-lingual preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Expert clinical engagement skills with patients and supports
- Commitment to maintain ethical standards and confidentiality
- Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapy modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
