Head of Machine Learning

Hightouch is seeking a Head of Machine Learning to lead machine learning efforts across the company. The successful candidate will lead a team in roadmapping and executing successful development of significant features and products, improve the pace of execution, and recruit high-impact team members.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning
• Leadership experience as a senior technical leader
• Strong technical background in machine learning, data engineering, and software development
• Experience with large-scale machine learning systems and data engineering
• Strong people management skills
