Requirements

• 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience
• Partnership with Engineering Leaders
• Hiring for senior backend engineers, fullstack engineers, frontend engineers, engineering leadership
• Strong driver of the hiring manager/recruiter relationship
• Proven track record for identifying and engaging qualified candidates
