Requirements
- 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience
- Partnership with Engineering Leaders
- Hiring for senior backend engineers, fullstack engineers, frontend engineers, engineering leadership
- Strong driver of the hiring manager/recruiter relationship
- Proven track record for identifying and engaging qualified candidates
