Senior Technical Sourcer

Hightouch is seeking a Technical Sourcer to help identify and source candidates for engineering roles. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, be data-informed, and be able to source a high volume of candidates.

• Utilizes creative ideas to stand out and help with particularly difficult searches
• Has strong writing skills and can craft messaging that engages candidates
• Is data informed and is well versed in the metrics underlying their work
