Software Engineer, Control Plane

Hightouch is seeking a product-minded backend engineer to join the Control Plane team. The ideal candidate will have experience with backend, distributed systems, and asynchronous workflows, as well as strong customer and product thinking. The role involves tackling complex problems, such as roles, permissions, and access control, change management, and data warehouse performance and costs.

• Backend engineering experience with distributed systems and asynchronous workflows
• Strong customer and product thinking
• Experience with architecting systems at a conceptual level
• Ability to work with product specs and engage with product teams
