We are looking for a Head of HR to lead and shape the company’s people strategy in a fast-growing fintech environment. This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on partnership across the business, ensuring that people practices effectively support organizational growth, performance, and culture.
Requirements
- At least 8+ years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a Head of HR or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor legislation, and HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience developing and implementing HR strategies and organizational development initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex people-related situations.
