Sales Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to ensure flawless order execution and exceptional support for our house accounts.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of proven success in a high-volume sales support, order management, or customer service capacity
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems (Delmiaworks (IQMS) highly desirable) and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and the ability to effectively manage multiple, competing priorities under tight deadlines
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; capable of professional, persuasive, and clear cross-departmental dialogue
