Requirements
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in an IT Support role, preferably in an agency
- Able to script or code in at least 1 popular coding language
- Demonstrated expertise in managing enterprise IT systems, SaaS/Cloud, and IT infrastructure
- Familiar with AI technologies
- Understanding of IT processes, governance, and compliance requirements
- Outstanding leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Mac OSX and Windows platform configuration and management
- Can demonstrate knowledge of service desk ticketing-based software
- Can demonstrate knowledge of endpoint management and security
