IT Manager

The IT Manager will oversee the organization's technology infrastructure, manage complex IT projects, and ensure IT initiatives align with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong management skills, technical knowledge, and a focus on driving operational excellence through technology.

Requirements

• At least 5-7 years’ experience in an IT Support role, preferably in an agency
• Able to script or code in at least 1 popular coding language
• Demonstrated expertise in managing enterprise IT systems, SaaS/Cloud, and IT infrastructure
• Familiar with AI technologies
• Understanding of IT processes, governance, and compliance requirements
• Outstanding leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Mac OSX and Windows platform configuration and management
• Can demonstrate knowledge of service desk ticketing-based software
• Can demonstrate knowledge of endpoint management and security
