Requirements
- 4-6 years of digital marketing or performance marketing experience with a strong focus on paid media
- Agency experience working with B2B clients required
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic platforms, and native advertising networks
- Experience developing integrated paid media strategies across the full marketing funnel to support awareness, engagement, and lead generation goals
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting campaign performance data using tools such as Google Analytics and platform reporting dashboards
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple client programs and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment
