Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or advertising agency roles
- Proven success developing and executing digital and social strategies for clients across various industries
- Strong client-facing experience with a track record of delivering measurable results
- Expertise in both organic and paid social campaigns, with experience in content strategy and performance optimization
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and inspire teams while ensuring high-quality work
- Experience contributing to new business development, including pitch support and client growth initiatives
