Source top talent using both conventional and creative channels; Promote structured, inclusive, and efficient interview processes across the company; Provide market insights and hiring data to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Genuine passion for inclusive hiring and building diverse teams; A consultative mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders; Fluency in English (French is a plus).
