Job Description
IT Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a strategic role in sourcing, attracting and selecting the best IT talent to meet the needs of our Information and Communication Systems Section's rapid growth.
Requirements
- 3- 5 years recruitment experience leading end-to-end recruitment efforts
- Good judgment for evaluating an IT profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; this includes the ability to make recommendations and influence outcomes
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory
