The company is seeking an Associate General Counsel, Regulatory Affairs and Disputes to provide expert legal counsel and support the smooth operation of its marketplace business.
Requirements
- A J.D. or L.L.B. with a license to practice law in the United States or in Canada
- 8+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally having started at a law firm and honed in-house at a financial services company
- Proven experience in managing litigation and regulatory matters
