Job Description
Hiive is a fintech/marketplace startup connecting buyers and sellers of stock in venture-backed pre-IPO companies. As a Product Manager, you will join our fast-growing product team and work with marketers, designers, and engineers to deliver meaningful change in the business.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience at early-stage to growth-stage startups
- A proven track record of driving growth results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with databases and analytics tools to make data-driven decisions
- Defining, measuring and optimizing around product KPIs
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
