Sr. Analyst, Treasury and Settlement Operations

Hiive is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Treasury and Settlement Operations to support the back-office settlement process, manage customer funds reconciliation, and conduct research and analysis to optimize foreign exchange and credit facility strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of banking operations, treasury, or related experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of performance
• Knowledge of US and Canadian payment rails, cash management, and accounting principles
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
