Designer, Sweaters

Hill House Home is seeking an experienced Designer, Sweaters with a strong background in technical design and yarn sourcing, to join our New York team. This role is ideal for someone who can seamlessly blend creativity with technical precision, owning the sweater development process from concept through production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sweater design, with hands-on technical design experience
• High taste level, preferred experience in the contemporary women's space
• Strong knowledge of sweater construction, knitting techniques, yarns, and gauges
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PLM systems
• Experience working directly with international factories
• Ability to read, create, and revise detailed technical documentation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
