Hill House is seeking a pro-active Store Manager to lead the retail team at our upcoming seasonal Sag Harbor store and become a pivotal part of our Hill House family.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in the retail industry, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience performing in a fast-paced environment with fastidious attention to detail.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
