RN Case Manager

Home Health RN Case Manager providing direct nursing services in the client's home, educating clients and their families to promote independence in the home environment.

Requirements

• A graduate of an accredited Nursing program
• Active license to practices as a RN in the State of Nebraska or another nurse licensure compact state
• Minimum one-year nursing experience
• One year of experience as a nurse in a home care setting preferred
• Certified Basic Life Support
• Must maintain current driver's license and auto insurance coverage and have access to reliable transportation
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of standards effectively
• Proficient at basic computer/laptop, such as opening and closing Windows applications
