Requirements
- Develop one-on-one relationships with Jewish students
- Create and implement an engagement strategy
- Manage database management software and data tracking efforts
- Engage, empower, and mentor student leadership team
- Serve as staff lead for student organizations
- Lead promotional and recruitment efforts for Israel trips
- Oversee social media, newsletters, and website
- Coordinate logistics for programs
- Prepare and write grants for Hillel initiatives
