The Engagement Manager at Hillel at Florida International University will drive the organization forward by empowering students, creating a warm and inclusive environment, and connecting Jewish students to Jewish life, learning, and Israel.
Requirements
- 2-4 years professional experience in Jewish, experiential or higher education
- Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree is a plus
- Proven success in building pluralistic Jewish communities, creating a welcoming environment, and inspiring college age students
- Strategic networking and building partnerships with young adults and leaders
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
