Job Description
As an Assembler, you'll support the build and shipment of industrial processing equipment at Coperion Food, Health and Nutrition, a Hillenbrand company, in Sabetha, Kansas. You'll build practical skills while supporting long-term operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical documentation
- Basic math skills to support measurements, counts, and calculations
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and air-driven tools in a manufacturing environment
- Willingness and ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks, with training provided as needed
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Ability to follow guidance, learn new tasks, and adapt to changing production needs
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
