Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant oversees accounting operations, partners with leadership, and develops scalable accounting systems. Responsibilities include managing month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of accounting experience with a strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and expense management
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate and optimize accounting and operational systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supervising or mentoring accounting staff
• Experience with hiring and performance management
