HILLS Properties seeks a driven, adaptable Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to join their team and support leasing operations at several luxury apartment communities in the Louisville Region. The role involves showcasing expertise in product and promotion, maintaining customer loyalty, and building a prospect pipeline through personalized communication.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in the customer service field, sales, or property management
• Great with people, maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor both in person and on the phone
• Good computer skills and be able to navigate software
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and in writing
• Great attention to detail
