Job Description
The RTA Support Professional assists youth and families through rehabilitative services for incarcerated individuals in the Correctional Offender Treatment Program (COT). This position involves client relationships, supporting safe transitions, and providing evidence-based interventions. The role focuses on promoting risk reduction and recidivism through personalized treatment plans and utilization of a Trauma-Informed Care framework.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 18 months’ work experience in residential care environment required
- CPR certification required or obtained within 60 days of hire
- Valid NYS driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must demonstrate the Hillside Professional Competencies and Occupational Competencies
