Job Description
The Supervisor Residential oversees performance and quality of the therapeutic services provided by Residential program staff. The Supervisor Residential ensures the efficiency of the day-to-day program operations including scheduling staff, hiring, training, regulatory compliance and safety of youth, families, and staff.
Requirements
- Supervise Residential staff
- Implement participant treatment goals and objectives
- Train direct reports
- Maintain staff schedules
- Ensure staff are provided ongoing development of professional skills
- Organize and communicate youth schedules and routines
- Facilitate team meetings and document decision and process changes
- Manage and prioritize emergency situations
- Ensure a safe and sanitary physical living environment
- Recognize and address behavior dysregulation
- Communicate with families, internal and external stakeholders, and funders
