Loan Originator NE Job Description: Market and promote PrimeLending products and services to clients. Evaluate loan products and services to meet customer needs. Establish relationships with realtors, bank officers, and builders.

Requirements

• Evaluates PrimeLending’s and other loan products and services
• Determines which financial products best meet the customer’s needs and financial circumstances
• Establishes and maintains relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders and new home sales representatives
• Markets and promotes PrimeLending’s financial products
• Originators are expected to meet the Company’s minimum production standards in funded units/volume
• Collects and analyzes information regarding the customer’s income, assets, investments or debts
• Advises the customer regarding the advantages and disadvantages of different loan products
• Services existing customers and obtains all necessary support documents
• Communicates loan status to all interested parties
• Presents terms and conditions of loans with customers
• Maintains a professional image and adheres to standards consistent with company policies and procedures
