Job Description
The Loan Originator will market and promote PrimeLending's products to realtors, builders, and banks. This role involves managing relationships with clients, assessing loan needs, and ensuring compliance with procedures. The Loan Originator will work on an ongoing basis, meeting production standards and serving customers efficiently.
Requirements
- Evaluates PrimeLending's and other loan products and services
- Establishes and maintains relationships with realtors, bank officers, and builders
- Collects and analyzes customer information regarding income, assets, and debts
- Serves existing customers and obtains support documents
- Monitors loan status and ensures conformity with terms
- Communicates loan status and obtains documentation after closing
- Adheres to professional standards and company policies
