Job Description
This Loan Originator position at PrimeLending, a PlainsCapital Company®, focuses on marketing and promoting their financial products to realtors, banks, and potential customers. The role involves evaluating loan options, establishing relationships with clients, and managing loan applications from start to finish. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing customer information, advising on loan products, and ensuring smooth loan processing.
Requirements
- Evaluates PrimeLending’s and other loan products and services.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and new home sales representatives.
- Collects and analyzes information regarding customer income, assets, investments or debts.
- Monitors overall customer interaction and interfaces with loan officers.
- Communicates loan status to all interested parties.
- Maintains a professional image and adheres to standards.
