We are seeking a Senior Technology Product Analyst to work with Production, Operations and Information Technology personnel to identify workflow issues and define business requirements for IT technology specification development.
Requirements
- Works with Product Manager to define product strategy and roadmap with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Ownership of new features/enhancements, driving the start to finish activities associated with new feature development
- Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals; identifies and resolves systems issues; leads design sessions to enhance business processes, operations, and information process flow
- Conducts research and analysis into the advancement of system features as well as the nature, effect and results of system problems
- Develops detailed business user requirements (user stories & acceptance criteria), system documentation, workflow procedures, and data modeling
- Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications; creates system design proposals; performs cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions
- Build effective relationships with business units/departments, and outside vendors in support of the systems and corporate processes and ensure the client’s business needs have been met
- Participate as a lead in scrum, sprint planning and other related sprint and release activities
- Review implemented system changes/improvements and provide feedback on overall effect to all users, including testing, documentation and subject matter input
- Maintain a professional image, positive attitude, and adhere to standards consistent with company policies and procedures
