Job Description
Hilltop Residential is seeking a Floating Service Technician to provide regional maintenance support across assigned properties. The role involves repair and maintenance of plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting needs, as well as providing on-the-job training, responding to service requests, and performing preventive maintenance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience with work orders and HVAC
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies
- Valid driver's license
- EPA license
- Travel up to 75%
