Job Description
Hilltop Residential is seeking a Make Ready Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting vacated apartments, completing make ready checklists, and assisting with building and common area maintenance.
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies
- Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation
- EPA license is a plus
- EPA Universal or HVAC certification is recommended
